Synopsis

Opium never expected more than another night of hunger, thieving, and running from the cops. But even he did not anticipate stealing a bag of video games that would pull him into a grim, magical world. There, a goddess seared his hand with the Mark of Death, granting him the power to resurrect each time he fell. Trapped in a place that runs by the cruel rules of a video game, Opium must battle monsters, men, and horrors in between. Death is not an option.
